Props Rental Fees and Terms & Conditions

The price tag of each product in the “props rental” column refers to deposit price.

 
Daily Rental

    1. One day rental period refers to 10:00am to 6:00pm next day.

    2. First day’s rental fee is 10% of product’s deposit price.

    3. Rental fee for every subsequent day is 5% of product’s deposit price.

 

  Weekly Rental

    1. First week’s rental fee is 20% of product’s deposit price.

    2. Rental fee for every subsequent day is 5% of product’s deposit price.

 

 Monthly Rental

    1. First month’s rental fee is 40% of product’s deposit price.

    2. Rental fee for every subsequent day is 5% of product’s deposit price.

 

 Quarterly Rental

    1. First quarter’s rental fee is 75% of product’s deposit price

    2. Rental fee for every subsequent day is 5% of product’s deposit price.

  

 Payment

    1. Customers have to pay the rental fee and deposit by cash or company crossed

    cheque.

    2. Deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rented products in good conditions.

    3. For cancellation after rental confirmation or products are packed, 50% of the rental

     fee will be charged to customers.

 

 Compensation

    1. Customers are recommended to check the condition of every rented product before

    check-out.

    2. Customers should return rented product in good conditions. For any loss of rented

    product, customers must compensate the product’s deposit + product value * (product

    value is not less than 2X of deposit) to our company. Customers have to provide us

    with the lost property report certified by the police, else our company will handle it

    according to clause 6.

    3. If customers have damaged rented product, they should return the

    product to our company.  For minor product damages that are repairable, 50% of the

    deposit will be used to offset the damage. If the damages cannot be repaired, 100% of

    the deposit will be used to offset the damage. If customers repair the damaged

    product by themselves, they should return the repaired product within 3 days, else

    our company will treat it as a renewal of rental by customers.

    4. If the returned product requires professional cleaning due to any improper use by

     customers, our company will charge customers a cleaning fee depending on the dirt

     levels and the time required for removing the stains.

     5. Customers should return product packing tools and materials including wrapping

     blankets and pallet carts. For any loss of these materials, $300 per blanket and

     $300 per pallet cart will be charged to customers.

     6. Customers should return rented products by due date. If customers do not return

     the rented product after five days of the rental due date or do not contact our

     company, we will treat it an act of theft.

     7. If products are unavailable for rental to customers on the rental date, our company

     will refund the paid deposit to customers. Our company will not make other liabilities.

 

    - Company crossed cheque should be payable to ¡§Front View Production¡¨.

    - Rented products should be returned by 6:00pm, otherwise extra one-day rental rate

       will be charged.

    -  In case of any disputes, Front View Production¡¦s decision is final.

    Front view Production may make changes to any products or services offered on the

    Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without

    notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of

    date, and our company makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site

    with respect to such products and services. Prices of any rented products are subject

    to our company’s quotations.
